How the price of a job actually gets set
- The house. Two houses on the same street are not the same job. Size, access, and what is already there all move the number.
- The work. Foundation repair is not basement waterproofing. A tub-to-shower conversion is not a full bath remodel. Different jobs, different quotes.
- The ZIP. Labor and materials change by area, so the cost of the same job changes with the ZIP. That is why a national average cannot be your quote.
